Back in 1974 the McLain Family Band released Country Ham.  This band was very entertaining on stage and you can tell that they put in many hours of practice.  Some bands spend way to much time on stage telling stories or just way more stage banter than crowds like these days.  From what I remember they moved very well from one song to the next.
